The Same Wedding Dress Worn after 73 Years
Recently, a Michigan woman got a chance to walk the aisle in her wedding dress for the second time. Agnes Anderson wore the wedding dress in 1938 when she got married to Delmar Anderson, in Ohio. Their marriage lasted for more than 50 years till Delmar passed away in 1989.
Agnes had her second trip to the aisle last week in the same wedding dress that she wore at her wedding. She walked the ramp at a vintage bridal gown fashion show at a church in Muskegon. Her son Dick Anderson escorted her to the church.
The 98-year-old lady says that her wedding dress is still in a good and fresh condition. The ffashion show featured 20 bridal gowns that dated from 1933 to 2006.
